I went to see a nutritionist last week who recoiled in horror at my eating habit. She told me for the next month, she wanted me to change my routine. Once I get used to eating regularly and not skipping breakfast and pigging out on lunch, she'll put me on a program.

So, on Sunday, I finally got myself organised and brought me some food. Eating healthy is really, really expensive. Still, I got myself sorted, measured my food portions and chucked everything in the freezer.

So far, so good. I haven't had any junk food and I've even forced myself to eat breakfast at the ungodly hour of 7.30 am.

My only problem now is that tomorrow I plan on drinking alcohol, and this Friday I plan on pigging out and getting sloshed. Hmmm. This is not going to be good.

The Friday one's the thing I'm invited to, right? Where is it again, and how drunk are we getting exactly?

Maya Masala on James St. It's Indian food, so being the foodist that you are, you may have an "issue" with that. It's an open invitation and is BYO so you can drink as much or as little as you like.

Well, you know, I WAS going to make a racist comment, but whatever. I'll probably get a taxi home then I guess. Hey wait YOU CAN DRIVE ME. *laughs at you*

eating healthy doesn't have to be that expensive - we could start the group shopping up again. A market run on the weekends makes for lots of healthy F&V quite cheaply, and if you want to look into bulk buying meat and stuff, my inlaws have been talking about it for a while now, and I have a big freezer, so I am up for it.
