Long time no write. I know, I'm a bad person. Am also a busy and stressed person (and we don't need to see and hear me when I'm like that).

baby_elvis for inviting her to karaoke and not getting back to her with the time. I suck, and promise that next time I will come and pick her up personally so we can go and humiliate ourselves.

Apologies to Attics who went tea shopping with me - and then, not tea! We need to do this again, this time we'll make a booking. Am in desperate need of tea. Am down to my last tin.
Apologies to Cathy and Scot for not showing up and helping with the moving. Was a bit under the weather.

Now that all the "I'm sorry I suck" thing is out of the way, time for invites. I've sent it all by email, but just in case you don't get to the email:
Hi Guys!
Long time no hear. A road trip is being planned for Thursday 23 September to 26 September. We are heading off to Dunsborough for a little wine tasting, pottery admiring, chocolate/ice cream eating, group bounding togetherness. We might even do the canoeing thing if people are interested. The cost is $25 per person per night ($75) for 3 nights. Pretty affordable. We can all pitch in for the food and petrol kitty (to be worked out), and then just bring some spending money.
What we need though is numbers. Who can go etc... so we can make a booking. Well, I've made a tentative booking for 8 people, but would like to confirm.
So far, I have:

Ummm, I need more people.
PS. Jenny, could you please forward this to Gina & Terry, and who ever else you would like to invite. We need numbers.
PPS. Is it possible to respond by Monday? I know, I'm not giving any one time, but I think if we make a booking for 8 people, anyone else who decides they want to come can bring sleeping bags and sleep on the floor.

So really, I'm soliciting for friends (or anyone) to go on a trip with me to help cut costs. Come, we'll have a great time. Last time I went, there was much ice cream indulging. Mmmmmm...
