Suggestions

I accidently reversed my car and ran over Grey this morning. He ran off in blind panic.

He returned about 45 minutes ago and is pretty seriously wound around his leg. He let me hold him but when I tried to put him in his carry so I could take him to the vet, he took off again. I'm really worried now.

Do you think he'll come back?

I called the Vet who suggested that I try coaxing him with food but he's hiding and is not interested. Really very very worried now.

He's still missing in action.
